Moves With You

Grants and funding

Data that helps you win grants

Funders want to know who you reached and whether they kept coming. Moves With You keeps those numbers for you, as totals, ready to drop into an application.

What your reports show

  • People who came, and how many came back
  • People who came by age group and ZIP code
  • Check-ins by month, program and kind of session
  • Sessions held, sign-ups and waitlist demand
  • Walk-ins and big-day turnout
  • Workout video plays
  • Fee assistance used (how many, never who)

Kinds of funders that support programs like this

  • Public health and chronic disease prevention programs
  • Healthy aging and older-adult programs
  • Parks, recreation and trail funders
  • Active transportation and walkability programs
  • Hospital community-benefit funds
  • Health and community foundations
  • Corporate giving programs

These are examples, not promises. Every grant has its own rules, so always check the current guidelines.

What a quarterly report looks like

The layout of a real quarterly report, shown with sample figures. Every count from 1 to 4 shows as “fewer than 5,” so no one can be identified.

  • Funders that only accept nonprofits

Moves With You is run by Competitive Sports Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. When a funder only accepts nonprofit applicants, your city can partner with us.

  • Hospitals and health departments

Nonprofit hospitals must invest in their community's health, and many fund local programs. Cities can partner with them directly, or through the health department or a local nonprofit.

Built the right way

Safe for people. Easy for your team.

  • Accessible

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA from day one, and tested with keyboards and screen readers.

  • Private

No health data and no location tracking, ever. Sponsors and employers see totals, never names.

  • Yours

Your data stays yours. Export all of it anytime.
