Accessibility statement
Last updated October 24, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Moves With You, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or captions.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page, and in our emails, texts and videos. The site works in English and Spanish.
How we check
- Every page is tested with automated accessibility checks before it goes live.
- We test that every task can be done with a keyboard alone.
- We test at 200% zoom and at phone width.
- We test with screen readers (VoiceOver and TalkBack).
- Class videos have captions, and each one has a written transcript.
Known limits
- Route maps are pictures. Every route also has written directions and a list of stops.
- Some recipes are in English only, when no Spanish version is available.
- A full review by an outside accessibility expert, including testing with people with disabilities, is planned before the program opens.
At sessions
Each place lists its accessibility details, like step-free paths and restrooms. When you sign up, you can tell us what would help, like a seated option. You never have to say why.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email tech@competeagain.org. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
